Dr. Robert Holland is a pioneer in Outcomes Research as it applies to animal health. He served as International Senior Director for Zoetis Animal Health prior to joining Holland Management Services. Under his leadership, customers in a variety of species were able to apply economic value to their animal management to realize greater health for the animals and greater profit for their organizations. As an independent consultant, Rob is able to apply the principles of outcomes research to a variety of industries.
 
What is Outcomes Research? 
Outcomes research evaluates the effectiveness of health interventions and health services. Measures include subjective items such as quality of life and preferences - but outcomes research may also refer to effectiveness of health-care delivery, including measures such as cost-effectiveness, health status and disease burden. The results of outcomes research studies can support management decisions, provider treatment decisions, formulary drug selection, treatment protocols and more.
